Just found out I am getting a few bobcats in my fleet. they have all been maintained but never used in the winter.
Once they arrive I plan on changing the oil to a synthetic and need to know what weight to use.

It's most likely a CJ4 lube either 10w30, 5w40 or 15w40 depending on ambient temperature. The 5w40 synthetics will likely cover it such as Shell Rotella T6 5w40. I would double check the owners manual for the viscosity and API service classification if possible.

I found a 2011 owners manual from the same model, I'm guessing it's exactly the same maybe, so Rotella T6 5w40 will work well in a wide range of temperatures all year.

Penrite Oz state that it's a Kubota V3307.
Their recommendations are
15W40 CI-4, CJ-4.

So yes, Delvac 1, Rotella T6, or the synthetic Delo will do the dee.

Any of the big 3 diesel synthetics will work.

Actually think it is Perkins diesel, atleast the one I used was cant remember what model but it was a bigger one.

Take that back its not Perkins, its a Doosan or something like that in the 2014 s630 we use. They dont like the cold at all do some reading on them.
