Ok to use 5w20 in Prius G6?

Don't know how you purchased or from who, but mine has had a number of recalls including the steering shaft and hybrid cooling pump. Probably be worth having the dealer run the VIN and/or signing up on the Toyota owners site.

If it specs 5W-30, use 5W-30. Use a synthetic for the best cold flow. Or you could use Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0W-30 which is slightly thinner at start up versus 5W-30.

Doesn't sound like you'll be dealing with super cold temperatures anyway, I don't think it will be a big deal for you.
