2014 Subaru Forester XT with 30,400 miles, about 4600 miles since the last change
Out - QSUD 5W30 w/ OEM blue Subie filter
In - M1 5W30 w/ OEM blue Subie filter
Still having a hard time settling on an oil, had both QSUD and M1 5W30 sitting in the garage (MalWart sales) and went with the M1 because I had been reading studies that were linked on here that low calcium oils might be better for DIT engines. I was happy that the QSUD that came out didn't have a strong fuel smell on this change. I did notice that I got insanely good mileage (for me) on the latter part of a trip to the Whites and NH Lakes region over the weekend after the change, 33.6mpg for about 100 miles after I tanked up.
