Switching tractors to synthetic

I like a 10w30 syn in my tractor. I also have an oil pan heater on mine along with the normal block heater. The thing i like about using something like the Amsoil 30w/10w30, it has no VI to shear. If you are worried about cold start ups, then just add an oil pan heater for a few bucks and solve that problem.

Esso Delvac 222 0W-30 or 0W-40. Available at Dowler Carn for less than $7/ltr. Best oil on the market but has very little advertising. Roger

As my 5 gallon pail purchased a few years ago is running low I phoned a Shell distributor recently
and he mentioned Rotella T-SB 0W-30 (syn blend) was discontinued in favor of T5 0W-40.
