Low profile front sight on Franken AR

I'm looking for a low profile front sight to go on the full height gas block I have on my Franken-AR15.

I went shooting tonight, indoor range, at 25 yards Im about 15" too low.

I have a flat top upper, and the gas block is the same height. I have a detachable A2 style handle and sight on the rear, I'd like to get a front sight that's low profile, not the A2 height on top of the tall gas block like I already have.

I figure you guys would know what I'm talking about and provide some options.

First off be aware that you can't put a polymer front sight on your front gas block. It will melt. Some guys dont know that.

Second, who makes your current front sight and who makes your current front gas block?

15" low at 25 yards is WAY off, wow.

Since you are running a fixed rear sight and not a folding rear sight, I assume you want a fixed front sight? If so, Daniel Defense, Midwest Industries, Troy, Larue and others make a good quality fixed sight.

And to confuse matters more, not all detachable carry handles have the same sight base. Most are "proper" for a F front sight base, but some were re engineered for the taller non F front sight.

Are you sure the handle/rear sight isn't on backwards? Like the picture in the link.
