I agree!
I think Bosch's choice of words really meant to avoid confusion but instead created some! IMO, Bosch just wants the buyer to know that there is no difference in the installation & fit of their filters as compared to an OE filter or even other aftermarket brand filters.

Marketing, since some say use only OE to avoid trouble, they say ours fits the same. They also say exclusive media blend, which means the Purolators like the Pure One, are not the same media.
