I continue to be impressed. Whether hunting in the rain (as I did today), or on a CC gun, this is a great lube and protectant. Stays on my CC guns better, longer, and does not gum up or attract dirt...better than anything I've tried.
Also works sufficiently as a cleaner, although I use something better for tough cleaning/heavy fouling.

+1 ...Great product ! Use something like Hoppes / MPro7 Elite Cleaner first then lube with Weapon Shield

Yep, I use Bore Tech Eliminator for the tough jobs. However, the longer I use WS, as long as I clean immediately, the WS usually does fine for most cleaning.

Yes it is one of my top lubes also. It doesn't burn off, has a slightly thicker viscosity so its still there when you need it. It might be a little too thick for cold winter hunting around the corner though. I might be inclined to use a slightly thinner synthetic gun oil for winter hunting when it gets colder.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when cleaning my son's SX3. Won't be an issue for me as I use a pump...nor in CC due to body heat. I agree with the not burning off. After 150 rounds at the range, I still see the same film right where I put it!
