It is not as if she starts driving instantly either. She is not in a rush, it is just how she learned. Start engine, instantly slam it into drive or reverse.
Yeah there's no way I'd do it that bad, I have to admit I have been in a hurry and when it was cold and my rpms were at 1800 idle, my car will not let you stomp on it. If you punch the gas, regardless if you're floored or not it won't go over 3,000 rpms before shifting. 3000 rpms may sound really high, but you aren't really going anywhere in this car unless you get it up that high
