Might seem like a stupid question but the KTM trailbike (350 freeride) that I'm looking at specs 10w60.
Currently use delo 400 15w40 in my ttr250 and r6.
Would I stuff the engine by using the delo in the KTM 350?

Do they offer a suggestion as to what they think the bike needs (brand and the like).

If you can link that, people will tear it to shreds, and (probably) come back to Delo 400 as being a good choice.

I don't think that you'll stuffit, just not sure how good a bike 10W-60 "could" be.

I have a KTM 450 RFS engine in a Polaris Outlaw quad. I've always run 10w40 in it with good results. I'd think the Delo would work well for you. Mind you, I've kept my change interval down to 3 or 4 hours throughout the life of my engine, upwards of 150 hours without the first problem. I do have an aftermarket oil cooler on my engine though.

i had to look up this bike since its not sold in the usa.

O M G!

they took a 350xc and removed all of the reasons to buy it.

1) pds - ie no linkage rear suspension
2) removed nearly 25hp (HALF!)
3) trials tires - because everyone likes a 100kg trials bike! DOH

i would recommned the Shell Advanced 15w40 hdeo that you can get downunder. or motul 5100/7100/300v 10w50
