Hello,
On a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I am having a problem with the battery getting drawn down when it is turned off, and seems to have something to do with a security system.
Here's what happens: turn off the vehicle. go to start it the next morning, and doesn't have enough juice to start, and headlights are flashing on and off. So battery is running down when vehicle is turned off overnight.
When i use the key to turn the outside door lock left on the drivers side door, the flashing lights stop. Problem is, I don't know how to turn off or disable the security system and make this not happen.
Also, I don't have an owners manual.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
