Who makes the penske oil filters at k-mart

Does the K-Mart in your area have a big diplay painted right onto the floor tiles comparing thier filters to the Fram's? The store here had that but it closed now.

Yes there used to be a display on the floor touting the advantages of penske over the competition. Now k-mart has severed ties with penske and is selling thier filters cheap.

These filters are similar to the castrol oil filters. Dont look like a fram filter inside. K-mart has all their penske filters marked way down to clear them from the shelves as they broke ties with penske. Are these good filters?

My local Kmart is selling Penske oil filters for only $1.00 and Penske air filters for 2.00. They are also closing out the Castrol Max Pro oil filters at $1.80. Stock up now while supplies last.
