From what I can tell it's the same as the Fram ph-25 which fits Jeep Cherokee, Wagoneer, CJ Series with 232, 258, 304, 360 Engines 1974-82: Oldsmobile, Buick, Pontiac 1968-77 4.3L, 5.7L, 400, 455: Rover 1961-71

I tell you a quite alot about the M1-203 for I just sold about 19 of them on EBay. The thread size is 13/16, ADBV, and no BPV. It can be used to replace the PF58/59 (M1-206) if you vehicle has the room to mount a filter that is 1/2" wider.

The AC PF24 is the exact size and specs. I how this helps...

I don't think that filter will fit any of those applications. The 350 would use the M1-202 or M1-302, while the LS1 uses the M1-107 or M1-206. And I believe both of those V6s use the M1-101, or M1-201.
