Time to do a valve adjustment on the NSX, decided to snap some pics.
First time I've had the valve covers off.
105,000 miles
Mobil 1 for most of it's life.
Redline 5w30 for the past 16,000 miles

Inside of valve covers are a little dirty but head and valvetrain look good.

I am impressed. That has to be one of the best motors I have ever seen...

Sexy motor. I have seen a number of high mileage Mercedes engines that clean inside, Mobil 1 or any good synthetic at 5k miles pretty much equals internals you can eat off of.

One of the most fantastic sports cars of all time. I had a chance to drive one for a lap around Portland Int Raceway when they 1st came out - 1991 and then again in Virginia when my brother owned one. Only rated 290HP but felt much quicker and the sound at full throttle - OMG - sheer magic! Titanium connecting rods in a street engine - it would rev so quick. Nice job on the repair/rebuild - aluminum repairs can be a pain.
