Nick, that second image is 4MB!

I recently picked up a Dell U2713HM.

Decided I needed more sauce to drive it at 2560x1440 so I bought a second Reference XFX HD6950 off ebay and paired it with the one I already had. My original one had a full 6970 bios loaded on it. I ended up loading them both with a modified BIOS to give me full 6970 shader count but keep the 6950 clocks and voltages.
So, I basically have a 6990.
Except in two cards instead of one.

Bah not super worried about that right now lol. Once we've moved and I have a nice, permanent new desk I'll worry about doing the wires up nicely.

Went from a 15" 2008 Macbook Pro with a 24" Samsung monitor to a 27" iMac with a 24" Samsung monitor. Holy cow it's a fast and awesome machine! Guess in 4.75 years things got a bit speedier. And the iMac does not have the fusion drive.

And having 51" of screen real estate is awesome!

Finally retired the old 5400RPM HDD in the Mac Mini and got a Samsung 840 Pro solid state hard drive.

Huge difference in everything. Should have made the plunge a year ago!
