Can I still use this filter!? I feel awful!

Fell off the shelf and went behind my car's front wheel.
As I backed out, rolled over this. Thought I killed a cat.

Now I am on my last pureone filter till I get resupply from the South.

You can, but you shouldn't, you messed up the filter element, crushed the top end cap and could possibly have messed up the bypass valve, better find another filter to use. It's TOAST!

It's damaged at the end.I almost guarantee that the inside is also damaged and it's not going to filter properly.Why take a chance.

Yeah ... cut it open. If it had cardboard end caps, it would have been much flatter.

why could'nt it of have been a FRAM!

but lik everybody else said no... Maybe Puralator would warranty it out. i did one for a micro guard filter but i made him upgrade to a Wix!

With the Bosch Premium now easily available here in WalMarts, I would just replace it with one of those. You're getting almost the same filter, for a decent price up here too.
