Sad. He is my favorite driver. One always wonders what the real story is.

At the end of 2011 season Larry Dixon lost his ride and did not get one for 2012 except for a few races. .

According to the internet reports, he made some very inappropriate comments about the new Top Fuel champion at the awards banquet. I wasn't there, but considering the abrupt nature of his dismissal, something must be going on.
