I'm redoing the poly control arm bushings on my 4Runner and am fitting them out with zerks so they will be regreasable. I've heard many people say that Super Lube is the best grease for poly bushings:

Is this actually a silicone based lube? Is there any significant advantage over using the Schaeffers 238 that's already in my grease gun?
