Help me understant Neutra

It is called Neutra #131 fual cleaner, but yet we can use this in our crank case?

Yes, it's safe to use in the oil as a cleaner also. It even says so on the bottle, to use one ounce per quart and run for 500 miles to clean things up. Bob has proven it's safe to run for longer periods too, he ran it for 4000 miles on one of his analysis reports.
