Nationwide LAP 1: Where will Dannyca be?

Well, it didn't take long, did it? Dannyca rips her teammate after the race for wrecking her. Maybe he expected her to be able to handle a little bump drafting? The announcers at Phoenix had the exact right take on this: as a fellow rookie with a steep learning curve, she has NO business telling any other driver what they should or shouldn't be doing. It didn't take long for the brat (I prefer another word) to come out. She would never have the guts to address a veteran driver this way.

At the Phoenix race, you get a much better look at her skills than at Daytona where you just plant the gas and ride around. Phoenix has no restrictor, the driver has to lift and brake going into the turns, in other words, you have to be a skilled racing driver to hustle these heavy cars around this track. Dannygirl qualifies 30th and drops back until she can get a space with no one with five car lengths front or rear. She was three laps down when I lost interest.

NASCAR is finding out what Patrick is all about: self-promotion at the expense of anyone who gets in the way. She will spend this season either causing wrecks or riding around in the back getting lapped. She is a pathetic excuse for a race driver because she isn't one. The sooner she disappears from the scene, the better off NASCAR will be.
