97 chevy s10 manual fluid

i want to change the manual transmission fluid in my 97 s10. Its the 2.2 5 speed. Anyone know what kind of fluid it takes?Also wouldnt hurt to change the rearend fluid. I guess that 80w90 would work there wouldnt it?

[2] GM part no. 12377916 or equivalent
[3] GM part no. 12345349 or equivalent.
[4] This specification has been updated from Dexron II or III to
Dexron VI per a Technical Service Bulletin from the
manufacturer.
[5] Manufacturer recommends GM part no. 1052271 or equivalent
[6] Do not add limited slip additive.
[7] 1988-99 models
Do not use synthetic lubricant in axles using RTV sealant.
Synthetic lubricant will chemically attack RTV sealant.
American Axle has only approved the use of Synthetic
Lubricant 75W-90 GM part no. 12378261, as follows:
a. All 8.6 inch rear axles are compatible.
b. All 9.5 inch rear axles built before mid-February 1998
(RTV sealant used to seal cover pan) are not compatible
c. All 9.5 inch rear axles built after mid-February 1998
(equipped with cover pan & gasket) are compatible.
d. All 10.5 inch rear axles built prior to March 3, 1999 are
compatible if axle shafthub RTV sealer is replaced with GM
gasket part no. 327739.
[8] GM recommends Part No. 88861800 (Canada 88861801)
or equivalent for manual transmission, transfer
case applications.
[9] GM part no. 12378508 (U.S.), 10953626 (CAN)

Is this something that is available at a parts store or has to be ordered. Just curious would mobil 1 5w30 synthetic work?

I don't know what oil is equal to the Amsoil stuff. Maybe Pablo or someone does. You will probably be able to find something like it at a store. But Maybe not in a synthetic variety.

Don't know for sure though.
