Does anyone know how much PSI a cheapo manual grease gun can produce? I want to get/make a long extension hose, and need to know what strength hose I can use. Can I use braided Stainless brake hose?

Several thousand PSI.

You need a small diameter hose that is very stiff radially so it won't expand when you pump. Brake hose is made for lower pressures but have a big safety factor (11k-12k burst pressure IIRC). the smallest diameter steel braided brake hose you can find might be a good choice.

36" might work. I would rather have 48"

You must have long arms.
