Right now I am on Mobil 1 5W-40 with 4,000 miles on it. I put a bypass filter on when I was at 2,000 miles on the mobil 1. I eager to see how long I can go.

Decent report; nothing of major concern here.

What "repairs" were made?

Synthetics and bypass filtration are excellent tools for extending the OCIs out significantly. As long as you follow that mantra, and the UOA data support continued use, you'll do well. That is the only way to get your ROI for these type products.

Welcome to the site, by the way.

The act of preventative maintenance, in and of itself, is FAR MORE important than brand/grade/base choices among lubes and filters.
- under maintaining something is akin to abuse/neglect; that can kill equipment by shortening the lifespan
- over maintaining something has never been proven to be anything but a waste of time and money
