Window Channel Lube?

Hi what do you all use to lube your window channels?

I use the GM lithium spray that i used for my sun roof. Use it sparingly as it turns from a liquid to a grease. Only ever did it once on my Impala for a window that sputtered on the way up.

I used CRC Industrial Ultra-Lite 3-36 Dry Film Lubricant on one of my vehicles channels about a week ago. One window was going slow and this stuff helped. Still working good, but like I say, been about a week.
The CRC stuff I hope won't collect junk and gum up the channels since it's so lite.
