Did the search and found nothing. Tried yahoo and found a QS grease that meet it though. I have looked at several web sites as well and found nothing. What other brand other than QS meets this spec?
Good question ,not familar with this grease spec, though it seems like it maybe a wheel bearing grease,,,or of course chassis,,,,our Schaeffers #274 would I am sure meet the parameters of this grease in all automotive,,,the testing for manufactures specific reasons are really costly,so many lube manf. dont run for all of them in general,,,BL
This is the Spec of the chassis grease on my 04 F-350. The Ford Part number is X G-1-C or I can use X G-1-K per my manual. I am fixing to order several cases of the 9000 series oil next week so I will add several tubes of #274 as well.
It's a moly grease with a 350F dropping point. Most likely, any 3% moly grease with a lithium thickener will do. If you want more high temp protection, go for a lithium complex grease with 3% moly in this instance. As always, watch for compatibility issues.
