I am looking for information concerning preventive maintenance on Ford Windstar Ball Joints. I have heard postive results of using a grease needle to inject a small amount of grease into the boots "before" a problem arises. My grease gun came with Pennzoil Multi-Purpose 302 EP grease with moly. Will this grease be compatable with what is provided in the sealed joint already? I am just hoping to not cause a problem while trying to prevent a future problem. I am serving in Italy and need to keep my vehicle in top shape as professional service is unavailable to me.
