White lithium spray grease for assembly lube?

I do alot of work with small engines. Would white lithium grease in a spray can be a good assembly lube? I like it because of the fact it's in a spray can...

The only thing bad about it that I can think of, is when you spray it, the propellant tends to blow the grease away from the center, making for uneven applications..

If you master the technique for an even application without having to use your fingers, I can see the advantage and I don't see a problem.
 
In small engines I see no problem, I like a moly rich light grease for larger engines though. I think I would still use a moly grease on the cam though if a 4 stroke.
 
if its a small enough engine like a lawnmower just fill the engine up to the correct oil level, pick it up and flip it upside down and sideways and whatnot to coat the insides in oil.
