Back in the mid 1970s I purchased a couple of 380 pistols . They were like mini 1911s. I knew before I purchased them about the fine quality of Llamas. Anyway looking up the on line auctions and gun sale websites they seem to be going for $250. to $375. Seems lots of people like to have them as toys I would guess. If so the pistols are going to be put up for sale real quick!!

I used to work at a gun shop that sold Llamas (mostly 1911 knock offs) back in the early 90's. Nothing but junk. Poor fitting, very unreliable, cruddy magazines...

A buddy of mine would joke that Llama's idea of heat treating was to leave the parts out in the sun for a while.

Yep, I bought them in the 70s because they were cheap. I found they worked O.K. I was going around "commercial airline flights" the 48 states to pickup semitrucks and deliver them to who ever was the owner and needed a cheap gun in case of loss. The springs really were bad.
