It's specified to use the Purolator 14610, Wix 1356, Fram 7317. You could also use a slightly oversized version if you have room for the added width: Purolator 14459, Wix 1334, Fram 3593A.

Are you sure it didn't say PH3593A? That would be the cross-reference to the Fram part number. That's the slightly wider version of the recommended part # for your Eagle.
