Problem with Firefox toolbar

One of my laptop is having problem with Firefox toolbar. The top tool bar contains the following: "File Edit View History Bookmark Yahoo! Tools Help" is disappeared, the only tool bar remaining is the Navigation tool bar (Go back to the previous page, Reload the current page, Stop loading the current page ...)

How do I get back the top tool bar ?

Right click on the navigation bar and a box will appear that says "Menu Bar" among other things. Click on those words and the menu bar will re-appear. You should also see a check next to the "menu bar" item once it has re-appeared. Hope that's clear.
