Agree entirely. Oil level is much more important than grade unless its a massive difference in grade, say 0w20-20w50

To be a boss at work you're not required to thinking. In fact thinking is not allowed. Thinking will get you fired.. or get wrote up like I have the last couple weeks. I need to figure out a way turn off my brain at the time clock... 12 years in the work force haven't figured out how to do it yet.
