Interesting they would mod the engine to anticipate the aftermarket - although they may be driving the mods in this instance. Blower on a high comp motor - silly. We used to go below 8:1 on the street on 4 -71 huffed dodge 360 to get best overall torque without excessive timing retard.

Well, there are many folks with blown Scion 2.4's (TC and xB), which would be warrantied with a trd charger. You'd think that Toyo would want the engine to be equipped to handle it.
