It would be nice to see a TBN indication on this fluid before some recommendation is made, however, the wear metals look good.

10,000km on a quality synthetic like Mobil 1 5w-40 is not exactly pushing the envelope, especially in a Dmax. You could likely go further for sure, possibly even doubling it to 20,000km.
 
i think is a company called Diagnostic Oil Analysts in Ontario, Canada. I dont deal with them directly, i just drop off my samples at the fuel dealer here. I wrote on the info sheet to check tbn but either they don't or they obviously didnt.
