5800 miles on Dodge dealer fill Mopar/Valvoline 15w40 Blue. half the miles towing.
Mopar acquires their HDEO from Valvoline for factory fill and dealer Mopar stock.

first UOA at 36,800. will require more to create baseline. love what i'm seeing now. layed in 12 gallons on Valvo Blue sale at Autozone

TBN 9.0

extended warranty reasons. company requires documentation of 5k miles oil and filter changes. signed contract.

but I don't mind. at $2 a qt on sale will be low cost maintenance. cost me more to do a coolant change with the CAT HOAT coolant

looks similar in chemcial add. formualation as your Schaeffer 9000 except for the 9000 higher moly. surprised at the low calcium in HDEOs, something new in these CJ oils?

no oil burned or added. one great engine

Yes. Great engine. It seems to like this oil as well.
The CJ's are all seeming to have less calcium and more magnesium

What did you pay for the extended warranty and how long/miles do you need to do 5K changes for?

Your filter changes will be expensive and 5K seems a little/lot too soon even for Valvoline Blue.

Just wondering!

7 yr/100,000 Dodge Cummins engine warranty.
included in purchase price.

5 year Chrysler Corp extended on top of manuf. 3 year/36k. $1200

paid for itself already.
one front diff gone while on road trip. towing and repair $1100
wiper motor replacement, $300

get the oil and fuel filters at local Cummins shop at business discount

Cummins engine replacement, priceless
won't tow with anything else. quiet and eats up the Rocky Mountain mole hills
