The toyota commericial with the kids and the remotes were the best. The one commercicial with Tony in normal dress cloths and he's walking up the track talking, he looked too femine, kinda scary, he needs to stay in the orange jumpsuit and scruffy.

Tony looks like he belongs on America's Most Wanted with that long hair, unshaven face and pot belly.

I was almost certain that Tony would win the race.

The car makers would have to make a comparable model to be able to race the car. Of course the cars would be tweaked and roll cages added, but the point is that would be stock car racing, now all the car makers supply is the hood, roof and trunk.

It does exist. It's called Sports Car Club Of America's Showroom Stock, or T1/T2 series.
Only it's run on ALL road courses, without much corporate coin, and without ANY media/publicity (Toyota does not even have a current car to run in this).
GREAT driving/battles though!!

Maybe that is why he supposedly cold cocked one of the Busch brothers in the NASCAR trailer. Seems the Busch brother made a fat joke about that pot belly and Tony punched him in the head.
No one is saying it happened or not but the NASCAR officials sent them home to cool off. Told both of them to come back the next day for a talking to about their aggressive behavior toward each other on the track during qualifing and practice laps.
