Just as a reminder this truck was wrecked with a complete frame off completed in Aug07.

What are everyones thoughts?

The only thing that stands out to me is the alum, silicon, and the potaasium but that is due to break in. Make sure you post the #s on the particle count when you get them. What was damaged in the accident? The whole right side was replaced when my 05 was one year old, it took a pretty hard hit from a lady running a red light at 50 mph. These trucks are pretty tough except for the thin sheetmetal.

Silicon is probably related to K&N, I have changed this time. As for the wreck it was a complete frame off due to broken front ears on frame mounts, truck had less than 5k and Insurance paid. I plan on watching this for the next few oil changes and then go to annual checks, my biggest reason was to watch the particle count with the install of B50.
While I have nothing against the Amsoil version it is tough to beat less than $3 dollar bypass filter change, the B164 is about $1.50 more and I will be changing to them after my stock runs out. My overall cost was $150 +/-, but I went with all an fittings, stainless lines and billet brackets.
