What is the zinc level in Havoline 20w50? It is still offered in SL. What is the minimum amount of zince that is safe to use with flat tappet camshafts?
I know that diesel oils have alot but just curious about the Havoline SL 20w50.
When I go to their MSDS page it doesn't show how much zinc is in there. But I found this link which says 1%-2.99% ZDDP. Section 1 of that page shows this is for pretty much all their oils, including 20W50. The date listed is 2002 so probably this is their SL stuff.
