Not if the drive involves either corners or braking. Also, the Tesla wouldn't run to 180 mph for very long without going into limp mode, while the Corvette could do it all day long, or at least as long as it had fuel remaining.
Let's face it though, a 0-60, 5-60, and confidence in the twisties or a random 60-80mph punch are what 99.9% of people are going to measure up by in practical use.
