youtube issue

have been having an issue where youtube plays and then pauses requiring that it be started again. i thought it might be jsut that one laptop, but my 2 other computers do the same. the 2 other are logged in with the same user if this matters .

anyone know what wrong and if i can fix it one my end?

Probably your internet connection. Go to www.speedtest.net and let us know your speeds.

Also try unplugging your modem/router for 30 seconds and plug back in, sometimes they just need a reboot too. Make sure the router is up to date.

118 down 5 up . just what i pay for. the odd thing is that it usually happens if i leave the cursor in the the video box. its like someone hit the space bar

I have been having a similar issue where the pictures freezes but sound keeps going. It just started about 5 days ago.

It's a bug, probably in their script to insert advertising. If you block that script, it should go away. At the same time it may be happening because you are already blocking a different script and that's what breaks it. I seem to recall something like that happening to me a couple years ago but not since.

I get it too
Sometimes hitting the restart on my fire stick will cure it..that is streaming on the TV.
