Training Day.

Except for that the drug dealer guy at the beginning may have loaned him the money. Although, maybe not, because that was the Russian Mob he owed. Perfect.

Thought for the day: "YOU AINT NO POLICE!" (When Alonzo searched the house with the Chinese Food menu and took the $$$$. Then got in the shootout with the bangers across the street. Great movie.)

Saw Rockwell was at his best there.

I enjoyed it very much also. Sam Rockwell was especially good in it. And I loved Steve Carell's car!

My kids get worried when I tell them, "I need a hero, I'm holding out for a hero until..." Needless to say, they know more Bonnie Tyler lyrics than most 7 and 12 year olds these days.

I adore him.

"this is Vladimir, Ishmael, and Ming Lee"
"those AREN'T our names"
"those are the names I've given you..."

This movie is parked on my DVR.

In Marshfield? I've wanted to go there ever since I saw the movie.

Yup! Steve Carrel actually owns a general store in our town. Marshfield is really pretty and the beaches are nice. Well worth a trip!

Noted! It's on my list of places to visit.
