Your favorite schnapps recipe.

My favorite schnapps is blueberries, cinnamon and cloves. I use inexpensive vodka and infuse the ingredients for about a week at room temperature before it's ready. I drink it straight, my wife mixes it with tonic water to cut the alcohol.

Two shots of peppermint schnapps into a cup of hot chocolate.
Stir and sip.

Yum... hot chocolate... might be my drink of choice for winter time! I like cinnamon schnapps too!

Take an orange and peel the pith away from the skin (leaving only the peel not the white stuff). Soak this in grain alcohol for 3 days with a vanilla bean to extract the essence. Add 3 parts distilled water and some simple syrup to taste........MMMM TASTY!

oh you can substitute agave syrup or orange blossom honey too...

Sounds nice. I will start my next batch of schnapps with peppermint this weekend.

I'll be doing another batch with strawberries - hopefully it will turn out to be good.
