WORLD oil filters

Hello and anyone saw any of these filters? White painted filter with a reddish globe on them. Changed oil filter on neighbors 04' impala this morning and it had one on it. Looked pretty well built, just never saw many filters of this make around, maybe its just me.

"World" on anything made now usually means only one thing............ and it starts with a .......... C

Thanks and I do believe it said made in Indonesia, wish I wouldnt have crushed the filter for scrap like I do with all the oil filters I collect. If you would see the filter, you would know what I mean.
