Wobbling tensioner

While changing the oil on the wife's 2015 RAV4 with 93,000 mi, I noticed a little wobble in the tensioner. No noise. Not sure of the belt age, but it is not cracked or especially worn looking.

Is this wobble within normal limits or should I replace the belt/tensioner?

No noise, smooth rolling? Run it. Go to the parts store and inspect a new one if you want. They aren’t rock solid.

It looks like it's keeping tension in real time
Which is its job
Perhaps the belt is a little stretched/worn, and your seeing it move more to compensate?
If there's no slips/squeals, and everything feels fine by hand, I don't see a need to worry

Normal. They usually wobble more than that.

Normal, they move to keep equal tension on the belt regardless of drag. Mine always move more than that.
