Just got a ‘19 ES350. I want to do a reset that will erase transmission memory so it can adjust to my wife’s driving style. I unhooked battery for an hour and let it sit. I hooked battery back up and didn’t have to reset clock. I’m guessing I didn’t reset the transmission. What do I do to reset the transmission?

Adaptive transmissions don't adapt to your driving style.* They adapt to the particular functioning of the individual transmission, how long the clutches take to apply (adjusting over time for wear), how long the valve body solenoids take to apply, things like that. They adjust over time so that the shifts happen the same throughout the life of the transmission.
There's no need to reset adaptive tables unless the trans has been open or changes made to it. You could also do it when the fluid has been changed and the stuff that was in there had been in there for some time. That can also change the way it would need to shift the box.
*there have been a few over the years that have, but as far as I'm aware, nothing current.

The clock auto-adjusts based on the settings in the function, using location and cell service to know the time-zone it's in.

Understood. I just know on all my other cars that after I unhook battery I have to reset clock. This car the clock didn’t have to be reset. That’s how I know that “stuff” still remains on without having to use the battery.
