I've noticed I get the same "Successful application reconfiguration" messages in Win10 Reliability Monitor (see attached) every 2 or 3 days. Today when it happened, my laptop was on but wasn't being used, it was just sitting idle.
I searched the 'net to see what might be causing this, but seems like a convoluted issue. I'm running Windows 10 v2004 with all current updates.
What is exactly happening when Windows "reconfigures" and application? It's an "information" only event, and doesn't knock down the "reliability score".
