We took my wife's car (Forester) to get the windows tinted for our baby. The car came with no OEM tint like other SUVs. Driving during the day was awful due to needing someone to shield his rear facing seat from all the sun.
Much better now but I have a question on the installation (I've never had a car tinted before). One window has the "3M" water mark going across the window...like this was the end/beginning of the role. None of the other windows have this. Is this OK or should the installer not have put that on the window? Since it is across the very middle of the window, I'm wondering if this is normal.
You can't see it from the outside, only inside the car.
