The above named virus has shown up on my desktop pc. I can find software for SALE that claim they can remove it. Do you know of a FREE way to fix it.

The best free anti-virus software I have found is from Bitdefender.

No nags, you don't even know it is there. Light on resources. Have tried many over the years but this is absolutely the best free anti-virus I have found.
After installing do a full scan.

First of all, that is a generic detection. Did your current antivirus detect it and is it sitting in the quarantine? If so, upload whatever files you or your antivirus think are the detection to
www.virustotal.com
and see what all the other antivirus engines think it is. It "could" be a false positive behavioral/heuristic detection.
