A while back, you guys helped me pick out some acceptable HiFi computer speakers (Boston Acoustics) for our gaming rig. (i9 9900Kf, Aorus Ultra MB and 2080 nvidia) Win 10/Realtek had a built in equalizer and I was able to use my sound level meter and a few quick adjustments to get the frequency response and sound quality to my liking.
Fast forward to win 10 update #9347740726 and magically the equalizer is gone. I knew right away, as the thing sounded dull and mid bass boomy.
I think the driver for audio is Realtek high definition audio, and I've tried disabling it, and loading latest driver, which it says it has, with no results.
Thanks!
