Will this obd 2 scanner with ABS meant for European cars work on Japanese/Toyota as well?

I'm looking at a cheap scanner

ANCEL VD500 Pro OBD2 Scanner​

to perform some ABS related function

It's advertised for European cars and I looked into it and it should support Toyota but I'm not 100% sure.

Anyone have a clue?

Nevermind found out they have a Japanese version so this will likely not work.

It's usually for special functions and extra pid's but most other things should work fine. I feel that abs should still be something that's still accessible on a non japan catered scanner but perhaps it's not so maybe look elsewhere before considering it.

They want to sell more scanners so they hobble various models. Read the feature set carefully and don't assume you get anything not listed.

Toyotas do well on "eBay Techstream" and an old 32-bit laptop running Win 7.
