I have some Hi-Temp RTV for the (rubber) gasket on the CRV, but did not realize this one is not the "Safe" stuff. I also have a new front OXY sensor to install, plus an oil change. Is this an issue? It's a rubber gasket that says no sealant needed, but I think there are spots, like around the bolts and the sparkplug tubes, that could use some. Should I do the VC gasket, drive it a week, change the oil and then do the new sensor???

So long as you use O2 sensor safe RTV silicone, it should be ok. The only thing you see during your UOA is elevated silicon content in the il.

Use only "oxygen sensor" safe stuff which doesn't release silicone as it cures. Silicone will poison an O2 sensor which can be expensive to replace, not to mention a hassle.
