If you detail your engine (rubber/plastic parts ie outside of the airbox) with silicone will that show on your UOA? I mean elevated silicone levels usually means there is something slipping throught the filtration system, but does the silicone induce/increase wear?

Please don't confuse silicon and silicone.

One - silicon, Si - is a very common element present in most rocks, sand, dirt, etc. (could cause nasty wear)

Silicone is a man made material, that yes has Si, but is chemically structured similar to organic carbon compounds with H bonds. It is used in gaskets, RTV, lubricants, defoamers, some hoses, etc (won't cause wear) I suppose if you spray some directly in the intake it could raise the Si level detected in a UOA.
